Juicy Fruit Salad Body Masque

Fruit salad is great for your body internally, no doubt about that, but it's also great for your skin externally! With summertime nearly ending, let's use those deliciously juicy still in season fruits and treat our body to something sweet and beneficial. A Juicy Fruit Salad Body Masque!

You will need:
2 slices of pineapple (rinds removed)
1/2 a honeydew melon (peeled)
~ 1 dozen green grapes
~ 1 banana (peeled)
~ 1 kiwi fruit (peeled)

Step 1: Prepare all your fruits by peeling those that need to be peeled and chopping all ingredients into chunks.
Step 2: Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender until it is just slightly lumpy but most chunks are crushed.
Step 3: Place in the refrigerator to cool for 1 hour.
Step 4: Spread the mixture all over your body and lounge around for an hour. (Sit poolside or lay down on a towel and catch the re-runs of "Sex and The City" while your body gets nourished.)
Step 5: Rinse off with room temperature water and smooth on your favorite moisturizer.
